Show Community Church Sets Annual Box Supper and Business Meet Tonight Kensington Club Contributes New Electric Stove To Church; Plans Being Made To Remodel Kitchen; Silver Tea Set All members of the Community church and others interested are invited to join in a social evening tonight to-night at the Community church, when the annual box supper will be featured. The en-( tertainmnnt is to begin at 6:30 p. m. In connection with the supper the annual church business meeting meet-ing will be held, and a fine program pro-gram is also being arranged for the occasion, with Dr. Ross of Salt Lake City to be the principal guest speaker. Announcement is also made of the recent installation of a new electric stove in the church being given by the Kensington club, which organization also gave a new coffee urn. The club met recently re-cently to outline plans for the year-and year-and at that time voted to assist with the remodeling of the church kitchen. This work is expected to get underway immediately. Included in Community Church news also is announcement of the annual Silver Tea sponsored by the Missionary Society. This event is being planned for Thursday, February Feb-ruary 24, at 2:30 p. m., at the home of Mrs. Charles Franks, 470 Hrooksidc. All members of the society are cordially invited to attend. |
