Show RED CROSS DRIVE REACHES QUOTA REPORTS CHAIRMAN Springville, with Mapleton, Thistle and Birdseye all in this district, has gone over the top in the Red Cross drive, counting the amount collected and also pledges, according to a report by Kay Johnson, general chairman. The total amount collected is $5,620 and with the amount allotted allot-ted to the district from the county, coun-ty, the quota will be reached. Birdseye, with fifteen families, made total collections of $51, under un-der direction of T. E. McKean. Thistle was under direction of Wm. L. Hansen, and Mapleton, Ray Scovil. The general chairman expresses his appreciation to the committee workers and to the public who contributed of their time and means to make the drive a success. |
