Chief of Staff General George C. Marshall and Fleet Admiral Ernest J. King said today, in commenting o n the Mighty Seventh Sev-enth War Loan. General Marshall Mar-shall said: "We in the Army have overcome over-come what in the MARSHALL past would have seemed to have been insurmountable obstacles. So have you.
