Show 'STORY TELLING AT PARK, LIBRARY FRIDAY Recreation Leaders Urge Children To Register For Aug. 13 Replacing the regular playground play-ground activities at the City Park tomorrow afternoon, Friday, will be a story telling period, to which all children are invited. The story telling will begin at 2 p.m., and will include Indian, and Fairy tales as well as religious, re-ligious, cowboy and animal stories. Also the recreation leaders announce an-nounce that the first 100 children who register for the Lee Lovinger Day at Liberty Park on August 13, will be all that can be accommodated. ac-commodated. Therefore those boys and girls who plan to participate in this outing should register at the park during the play period and be among the first 100 to sign up. The story telling period at the park will conclude in time for all boys and girls to go to the library where another story period is scheduled to be held beginning at 4 o'clock. |
