The water lias been converted to the large pipe from collection pipes running in three directions and is the coldest to be found anywhere. Right Site of the dam which is being constructed just below the large collection pipe, the water in the dam will be used in case of emergency. In the picture left are, left to right : Hasting Smith, Mayor Sterling Price, Frank Rigtrup and City Engineer ,L. E. Wiscombe, all of whom together with other city officials and city employees are taking a special interest in the huge improvement project. |
