Show MILAN CRANDALL SERVICES HELD Services for Milan Crandall, 84, who died Thursday night of causes incident to age, were held Sunday Sun-day at 2 p. m. in the Third Ward church. Born October 30, 1856 a son of Martin P. and Mahala Fuller Crandall, early pioneers of Springville, Spring-ville, he and his twin brother, Myron, My-ron, were the first twins born In Utah. The twin brothers were closely associated in Springville as partners working in farming, livestock raising, and construction construc-tion work. He also worked in freighting and railroad contracting contract-ing and was a lover of horses. He always owned good saddle horses until a few years ago. His wife, Deseret Bringhurst Crandall, whom he married in the Salt Lake Endowment House, November 30, 1879; a daughter, and his twin brother, preceded him in death. Survivors are his sons Milan L. of Salt Lake City and W. B. Crandall Cran-dall of Springville; one daughter. Mrs. Frank Metcalf;' 19 grandchildren grand-children and 12 great grandchildren; grand-children; a brother, Edward M. Crandall of Salt Lake City, and a sister, Mahala Bringhurst of Springville. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery under the direction of the Claudin Funeral home. A psychiatrist counsels closing the eyes tightly when confronted by a crisis.
