Show INVASION SECRET WAS WELL KEPT One of the interesting revelations revela-tions of Winston Churchill's address ad-dress to the House of Commons was a statement that in April of 1943, the British and American Planning Staff planned the invasion inva-sion of France, selecting the beaches for attack and presenting the main operations of the scheme. Mr. Churchill carried the plan to Quebec where it was studied by President Roosevelt and the combined com-bined British and American chiefs-of-staff, and approved. |
