Show KIN GET WORD OF DEATH OF SERVICEMEN Word came to relatives here Monday of the death of Pvt. Alan Ford Wilson, 21, son of J. T. and Lydia Johnson Wilson of Logan, at the Southwestern Louisiana Institute, In-stitute, La., where he wsa serving in the Marine Corps. The cause of his death, which was sudden, had not been determined. He was a former athlete at the U. S. A. C. The family moved to Eureka in 1938. He had been in the service since July. He is survived by his parents, a brother and a sister, and his paternal grandfather. Mrs. Glenn Sumsion left Tuesday Tues-day to be with her sister, Mrs. Wilson, at Logan and Mrs. Floyd Miner and Harold Whiting went to Logan on Wednesday. |
