Show ELSIE C0NDIE SERVICES HELD Seymour Mendenhall, Ella Reynolds, Rey-nolds, and W. G. Sears wore speakers speak-ers al services hold Wednesday for Mrs. Elsie Clegg Condle, wife of Earl Condie, who died Monday following a short illness, in the Springville Fourth ward chapel. Musical numbers were solos, "The Lord'.s Prayer." by Richard Condie; "Just a Wearyln' For You." Hannah Rowland, and "In the Garden of My Heart," by Evelyn lioyer. The Invocalion was offered by Solon Wood, bnnedicllon by Jesse Whiting and the dedicatory prayer by Howard Maycock. Burial was in Hie Evergreen cemetery under direction of the Claudln funeral home. Mrs. Condie was born in Springville. Spring-ville. .May 11, 1887, a daughter of Israel E. and Verona A. Noakes Clegg. She married Mr. Condie In I lie Salt Lake temple In March, 1 UOfi. Prior to her illness she had been active in L. D. S. church work. Jihe was president of the Fourth 'ward religion class, and also worked work-ed in the primary and Relief Society. So-ciety. She Is survived by her husband, four sons and daughters, Verona, Huth and Arthur Condie of Springville. Spring-ville. and Vornon Condie of Afton, Wyoming; five grandchildren; and six brothers and sisters: Mrs. Ella Whitney. Mrs. Millie Bird, Mrs. Ida Bird, Mrs. Mabel Law, Lewis Clegg. and Eastham Clegg, all of Springville. Burial was In the Evergreen j cemetery under the direction of the Claudin funeral home. |
