Show G. P. BARTLETT DIES AT SARATOGA, WY0. Garland Philip Bartlett of Saratoga, Sara-toga, Wyo., a former resident of Springville, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home Monday, Mon-day, according to word received by relatives here. Ho was born j Springville, July 23, 1788, a son of William Henry and Leah Armstrong Bartlett, Bart-lett, and spent his early life in this city. He worked for twelve years in Rawlins, Wyo., as supervisor for the Union Pacific railroad company com-pany and later began farming and cattle raising, becoming , one of the successful men in these industries in-dustries near Saratoga. He was married to Pearl Frisby, August 26 1894. Surviving are his widow, two sons and a daughter, Garland Philip, Jr., William Lawrence, and Betty Pearl Bartlett of Saratoga; Sara-toga; his mother of Springville; three brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Nelson Wright, Arch Bartlett Bart-lett of Springville; Mrs. George Close, Mrs. Lonzo Nelson of Spanish Span-ish Fork; Jess Bartlett of Wam-sutter, Wam-sutter, Wyo.; Wick Bartlett of Provo canyon. Funeral arrangements are pending further word from relatives rela-tives in Saratoga, Wyo. |
