Show OTTO SILBERMAN SERVICES HELD Services for Otto William Sil-berman, Sil-berman, 38, manager of the Art City Tourist Park, who died Wednesday Wed-nesday night of last week at a Salt Lake City hospital, were held Saturday morning in the Third ward, with Merle Sargent of the bishopric presiding. Speakers were Howard Salisbury, Salis-bury, Peter Nielson, and Roy Gappmayer, with Bishop Nielson and Fred Smith offering prayers. Musical numbers were given by Mr. and Mrs. Ivern Pyne, Mr. and Mrs. Graff, and Marge Bird. Born at Buffalo Lake, Minnesota, Minne-sota, Jie was a son of William and Annie Drier Silberman. He received his early education at Chester, Montana, where he spent his early life. He came to Springville in 1937, and had operated a grocery concern in connection with his tourist park business. He was in the mercantile business a number of years before coming to Springville. Spring-ville. He was a member of the Springville Spring-ville Kiwanis club and the Chamber Cham-ber of Commerce and had taken an active part in community projects pro-jects and activities. He married Ida Virginia Renal, June 15, 1927, at Havre, Montana. Burial was in the Provo cemetery, ceme-tery, under the direction of the Berg Mortuary. |
