Show Harold B. Gividen I On Active Duty With US Airforce Lt. Harold B. Gividen of Springs ville, a member of the 9424th Volunteer Vol-unteer Air Reserve Squadron, was recently ordered to active duty with the U. S. Air Force for a period of 15 days for training activities. Lt. Gividen began his training last Wednesday at Hill Air Force base, where he will serve as a squadron officer at the Civil Air Patrol encampment. His period of active duty will end June 17. The 15-day training duty is granted to selected reservists from time to time to enable them to maintain proficiency in their military mil-itary assignments, according to Lt. Col. Elroy West, commanding officer offi-cer of the 9424th Reserve squadron squad-ron in Provo. |
