Utah Medical Men Must Register Utah medical men of "category I and II" will be required to register re-gister with local draft boards Oct. 16, Brig. Gen. J. Wallace West, adjutant general of Utah and director di-rector of Utah selective service, said. Category I includes physicians, dentists and veterinarians who re- ceivea training under SATC (student (stu-dent army training corps), or under un-der the navy's V-12 program and who served fewer than 90 days in the armed services. Category II includes men who were deferred to attend veterinary, dental or medical schools and served ser-ved less than 90 days in the armed forces. Medical men who are members of reserve military units are not liable for registration.
