Show 4-H Girls, Mothers Are Invited To See Work Demonstrations Monday 26th 4-H girls and their mothers are invited to attend the judging demonstration dem-onstration to be given under the direction of County Demonstration Demonstra-tion Agent Jenniev Poulson, Monday, Mon-day, June 26, at 2 p.m. in the Fourth ward church. Aim of the meeting is to show the girls how their 4-H articles will be judged at the close of the season's sea-son's activities, according to announcement an-nouncement by Mrs. Carol C. Clark, assistant club supervisor. There will be demonstrations of judging of darning, making apron slips and of canning fruits and vegetables as well as other 4-H work. The girls are asked not to bring any of their articles at the Monday meeting. Mrs. Poulson stated that such a meeting will prove valuable to the girls and their mothers because it shows the mothers what kind of work the program is trying to do and helps the club member to see the difference between poor work and good work and helps her to see how her work should be done. At the Monday program, any girl who would like to give a demonstration, demon-stration, may do so Mrs. Poulson stated. |
