Show Permits Following Drawing i" ' i Twenty-seven Springville hunters were lucky ! enough to get Elk permits for the hunt this fall f ollow-! ollow-! ing the drawing of the names by the State Fish and Game association. Nearly 3000 more sportsmen applied ap-plied fc-r elk permits this year than ever before.' There were 17,-500 17,-500 applications for the 1760 permits per-mits authorized. The season in most districts is scheduled for Oct. 4 through the 14th. Permits will ' be mailed to all successful applicants within the next two weeks. Those failing to draw a permit will have their money returned as soon as possible pos-sible following the mailing of these permits.
