Show 1 . Trees Blight In Canyon Drought and an accompanying; accomp-anying; olight have changed the color of the maple trees in near by canyons, from the usual green to a burned brown color. The Maple trees stand out in marked contrast to the rather green oak-brush and other shrubs covering the mountain side. Many of this particular species have already al-ready taken on a barren appearance, ap-pearance, and the absence of the usual brigiu colors which add to the autumn mountain scenery will ue noticed in canyons near here, this fall. |
