Copperton Relief society ward conference will be in the Copper-ton Copper-ton grade school auditorium Sunday, Sun-day, October 20, at 6:30 p.m. A very fine program has been arranged ar-ranged with Mrs. Douglas Wood, wife of the former German mission mis-sion president, who has recently returned to the United States, as guest speaker. Everyone is invited. Mrs. Roy Barnett and daughters, daugh-ters, Ruth, Rae, Rose and Jacqueline, Jacque-line, visited Wednesday evening with Mrs. Barnett's mother, Mrs. Rosa M. Cunlilfe of Salt Lake City. A Salt Lake City visitor Sunday, Sun-day, was Mrs. J. II. Colyar, who spent the day with her daughter and niece, Mrs. Elmo Nester and Rachel Conner. Miss Mary Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brown who is attending school at the Brigham Young university in Provo, spent last week-end with her parents. Jena Vee Larsen has recently received employment at the Bingham Bing-ham Mercantile Co. in Bingham. College students expected home this week include Charles Hudson, Kenneth Davis, Kenneth Poulsen, Norma Nix and Howard How-ard Buchman and Mary Hess of Henagers Business college in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Bud Nichol and son, Richard, Ri-chard, and daughter, Norma, went Friday to Salt Lake City where they met Mrs. Nichol's sister, Lenna Byhower. The party motored from there to Richfield to spend the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Ivie of Cop-perficld, Cop-perficld, and children, were dinner din-ner guests at the home of Mrs. Ivie's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L E. Barnett Sunday. Guests also included in-cluded the Messrs Don and Phil Rosequist, who spent the weekend week-end visiting at the Barnett home. Mrs. Ida Mugfur spent Saturday Satur-day and Sunday with Mrs. George McDonald .of Midvale, formerly of Copperton. Suffering a compound fracture of the arm is Miss Jean Gadd, who received injuries as a result of a bad fall Friday. Visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peterson for three days last week were Mr. and Mrs- Thomas Anderson An-derson and children of Copper-field. Copper-field. Miss Frederika Jewel Fike, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fike, is suffering from contusions, contus-ions, abrasions and lacerations of the arm and face resulting from bites received from a dog Sunday. Miss Aloha Eastman of Lark is employed by Mrs. L. S. Brec-kon Brec-kon and is now residing at the Breckon home in Copperton. Mrs Louis Buchman left Tuesday Tues-day morning for Butte, Montana where she will attend a wedding and visit. Mrs E. V.
