Utah May 28, 1936 Notice is hereby given that Springville Irrigation Company, Springville, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate 4 sec. ft. of water from Dry Creek in Utah county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from March 1 to November 30, inclusive, of each year at a point which bears N. 55 ft., and V. 2705.4 ft, from the SE cor., of Sec. 30, T. 7. S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by ditch, 2000 ft., and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate 325 acres of land embraced in parts of SE1, Sec. 36, T. 7 S R. 2 E.;E"4 Sec. 1, T. 8 S., R. 2 E.; NW'.j Sec. 5 and Sec. 6, T. 8 S., R. 3 E.; S'.4 Sec. 31. T. 7 S., R. 3 E., all in S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 12137. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted sub-mitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $r.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. .
