This organization his given two concerts here in ,revioiis years anl has won a host ',f admirers for its artistic work. The chorus is under the direction direc-tion of Lesley Goates, former music instructor in the Alpine and Millard school districts and pupil of Rulon Y. RSbinson of the New England Conservatory of Music aru Hugh W. Dougall, Salt Lake vocal instructor. Mr. Hotter, accompanist for tne chorus is a native Utahn recently home from a six-year engagement engage-ment in Australia where he played the largest pipe organ in the world at Sydney. Mr. Hotter is dsu a gifted pianist. He got his musical start at the McCune School of Music and Art in Salt Lake City and at Brigham Young University later studying extensively exten-sively in Chicago and Boston. The Symphony Singers are managed by Virginia Riches, president; Edna Swenson, manager' man-ager' Berniece Foulger, personnel director and Helen Salzner, secretary-treasurer. Leda K.
