This training, and his experience experi-ence in developing his contracting business to one of the largest in the Intermountain country, attest his ability as an executive and leader, and qualify him, above any other man, to handle the affairs of our city. Also his business affairs are in such shape that he can devote his time and energies to the business of the city.
