CBptamed the w'ning The club meeting last week fea-t fea-t ed talks on the value of 4-H Club work. Members of the Sh F:k were specif guests. The program was under the direction of Dr. John R. An-Uerson, An-Uerson, toastmaster. Clarence Ashton. assistant Utah county agricultural agent of Prove; Pro-ve; i red Weight, president of the Springville 4-H clubs and Ardell Angus, LaVere Weight and Rulon J-ox, members were speakers. Awards for outstanding work m state and county 4-H club nroi- ects, were presented to Thales Brown for a sheep project and to Merlin Houtz, for a dairy project. J. F. Wingate gave an original stunt and a talk emphasizing Ki-wanis Ki-wanis club ' objectives. ' He was awarded the attendance prize of the evening. Other program numbers num-bers were given by representatives representa-tives from the outstanding 4-H clubs in the city. |
