Show Citizens Ticket Win City Election Every candiaatc on the Citizen's Citi-zen's ticket, five of whom are incumbent in-cumbent city officers, were swept into office at the city election here Tuesday. A. O. Thorn with 782 votes received the largest majority ma-jority of any other candidate on the Citizen's ticket. William Bringhurst, city recorder, came second with 773 votes. The total votes cast for the respective candidates on both tickets tick-ets are reported as follows: Mayor Dr. George A. Anderson, 673: Selvoy J. Boyer. 413; 4-year councilman, coun-cilman, I. E. Clegg,' 615; Andrew G. Peterson, 476; 2-year council-men, council-men, W. W. Brockbank, 754; LaVar La-Var Anderson, 313; C. E. Eggert-son, Eggert-son, 611; A. E. Jacobsen, 452; A. O. Thorn, 782; M. F. Miner, 302; city recorder, William Bringhurst. 773; Fred Cutler, 304; teasurer, Mrs. Eliza Russell, 687; Mrs. Eva Crandall, 395. |
