Show HOMECOMING PROMISES TO BE BIG EVENT Probably the biggest social event ever attempted in the First ward will be the two day home coming celebration scheduled for January 23, 24, according to announcement All former residents are special invit?d guests of the people now residing there, and an attendance of nearly eight hundred people is anticipated. Members of the ward recrational committee will have the program directly in charge and will be assisted as-sisted by the bishopric and each of the auxiliary organizations The young people to the age of 14- years will be entertained by the Primary officers on Thursday. The program, as outlined consists of lunch, games and dancing. On ' Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock the adults will assemble at the amusement amuse-ment hall for the program. Later they will be taken on an inspection inspec-tion tour of the new building and lunch will be served in the new banquet hall. After lunch, a one act play will be presented, and the evenings activities will close with a dance in the amusement hall. |
