Show Order Marriage To Be Annulled Hazel Kostakos ol Spanish Fork won a marriage annullment from Thomas Gust Kostakos in the Fourth district court Saturday when she char ged that Kostakos had falsely represented the laws of Utah and married her illegally before her divorce became final. The couple was married in Sacramento, Sac-ramento, California, on August 25, 1931, and within six months previous prev-ious to this time she had been granted a divorce from De Loy Merritt. Under the laws of Utah in respect to an interlocutory decree the divoi ce was not final when she married the second time, or before six months were up. She has no children "by the second sec-ond union but has one child by the former marriage. Her name was i Hazel Merritt. I - |
