Show Electric Road j Holds Meetincj V With Emplorees The annual meeting of the Salt Lake A: Utah railroad station agents and officers was held Saturday Sat-urday evening at the Roberts hotel, ho-tel, with most of the agents of tiie raihoad in attendance. Following the dinner, a program 'of study, investigation and discussion discus-sion was held on the subject, "Transportation Requirements of the Public." ' The meeting was conducted by Murray Sullivan, general manager. Brief remarks were made by Mr. Sullivan. Aldon J. Anderson, traffic traf-fic manager; Colonel Lewis, superintendent, super-intendent, and C. M. Osborn, auditor. audi-tor. Extemporaneous talks were made by the various agents. This meeting is in line with the policy of the railroad to hold per-idical per-idical meetings to devise ways and means of meeting the demands of the public for ever improving freight and passenger transportation transporta-tion service. Similar gatherings have been and are to be held with employes of other branches of the I service. 1 Meetings held in the past have resulted in furtherance of a better understanding between the public and the railroad, which is one of the objects sought by the officers of the company in their efforts to constantly improve service. |
