Mrs. Hall was born in Waynes 1 Felt, Canada, June 29, 1853, a daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Kelts Wiggins. She was married i to James E. Hall, May 12, 1873, in ; the old Endowment house in Salt ; Lake. She was a faithful member of the L. D.
