Show WOMAN FILES DAMAGE SUIT Damages totaling ?15,000 are be- ing sought by Mrs. Annie Snow of I Provo Bench from Chaites E. ' Jones, John Gilbert Jones and Charles Alma Jones in the Fourth district court for alleged harmful acts of the Jones, hor neighbors. Closing of a public road leading to Yfer property is base for $750 j damages; $150 for inconvenience j in reaching her mail box as a re-Mi re-Mi U (,!' this closing; and $10,000 for personal injuries because she alleges the defendants maliciously conspired to do her bodily harm. : She asks $5000 exemplary damages in addition. Permanent physical and mental injuries were sustained, the plaintiff plain-tiff states, when she tripped over a wire erected by the Jones across I the roadway and fell into th"e crock.
