Show BANK EXPENSES HELD TOO HIGH Depositors of the closed State Bank of Payson Tuesday filed a petition in the Fourth district court protesting the court ap proving, allowing and confirming the expense account filed on November Nov-ember 13, covering the period from August 1, 1933, to October 26, 1933. They declare that the expenditures expendi-tures are unreasonably high, as set forth by Commissioner J. A. Malia and Examiner E. H. Street and state that they are not proper and necessary. Part of the ex-I ex-I penses they deny are legal and proper or are correct. Depositors N. L. Simmons, A. J. McBeth, Earl .mmons, Rebecca Twede, Mary E. Stevens, Hyrum Wilson, Joseph L. Francom, Henry Hen-ry Wyler, Sam Pickering and Howard Holliday are listed with the statement that they represent repre-sent a large number of other depositors de-positors besides themselves. The total expenses for the period per-iod is $1864.04. Of this $772.50 is for salaries and office help; $218.62 for traveling expenses and $733.39 for legal expenses. |
