Show FRED CARTER DIES AT HOME OFSONINCAl. Fred Carter, a pioneer rc dilcnt of Springville. died at Riverside. Cal. at noon Tuesday, following an illness ill-ness of several months' duration, according ac-cording to telegraphic advices reaching reach-ing berL. Wednesday morning. Mr. Carter was born in England in October. IS-lfi. and when a youih of fifteen he came to this country with his parents who settled in Springville in 18(12. where lie lived practically all bis lil. since that time.
