Kauffman, whose post-office post-office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for patent pat-ent for the Aetna No. 1, Ray No. 2, Ray No. 3 and Ray No. 5 placer mining min-ing claims, situated in an unorganized unorgan-ized minig district, Utah County, State of Utah, aud more particularly particu-larly described by legal subdivision as : The N2 (or Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 and SMs of the N.) and the SW of Section 3; the NE (or Lots 1 and 2 and the SV4 of the NEVi) of Section 4, Township 10 South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake Meridian, containing an area of 019.14 acres according to Government survey. Said placer mining claims are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, at Provo, Utah.
