(UP) Colors Hying proudly in a' trail of smoke, the United States battle fleet steamed into the homo port today after two months' winter maneuvers in Panama Canal waters. Robison, commander-in-chief of the Cnitod States fleet, will arrive at San Diego on April 6 on the flagship Seattle. He will join the fleet here on April 12. The fleet will anchor off the home harbor until June 34 when it will leave for its summer cruise in Pacific Northwest and Alaskan waters,, returning here again in September.
