The incident referred to j I comes when some of the students . i dress up a good-looking youth as a girl and then start a flirtation be- : tween the "girl" and the handsome college hero who thinks he is a lady-killer. lady-killer. The "hero" falls for the trick, to the boy's delight but soon i discovers the deception and chases I the "girl" right into a dormitory building. The "girl" is seen running into the room of one of the members mem-bers of the football team and the dean suspends the player from the big game, pending investigation. The player, sooner than be out of it entirely, takes a megaphone and acts as cheer leader until a chain of unusual circumstances place him right out on tho football gridiron at a critical point in the game. The incident before and after the situation described are both entertainingly enter-tainingly and amusingly presented by Ralph Graves and Gertrude Olmsted, Olm-sted, who are supported by a cast of collegiate players. The football game in this picture-is picture-is rated one of the most spectacular and exciting photoplay scenes o"f the season and director Alvin Neitz is credited with turning out a college picture that will stand as a model for pictures of this type. |
