You may serve chicken, goose, duck or any game nu-at instead of turkey and feel that any one of tli em is juat as appropriate to the occasion. Whatever the fowl, it should be roasted to a T, and sent to the table a rich golden brown. What about the dressing? Here it pays to be particular and stuffings stuff-ings can have individuality. They served all these desserts in the old days and so we can feel in any case that we are keeping the traditional spirit of the holiday.
