Show TRIBUTES ARE PAID LIFE OF ' W. M. ROYLANCE Many Attend Impressive Services Serv-ices at Provo Fifth Ward i Chapel Hundreds of sorrowing friend's and relatives paid final tribute to the life of William. M. Hoylance, who died at his home in this city Thursday .morning, nt impressive funeral fu-neral services held in the Fifth ward chapel Sunday afternoon. The services were in charge of . Bishop C. Y. Cannon. The speakers' stand was banked with flowers an indication of the love and esteem -held for Mr. Itoylance and his fuinily. The services opened with a Quartet Quar-tet singing "Jesus, ; Lover of My Soul." The invocation' was offered by Bishop Albert Mahey. Murray Roberts then sang "No Night There." Other musical, numbers were a violin selection, "Elegie," by Ralph Booth, who was accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Booth, a duct by Prof. J. H. Bosunrd and Mrs. Frank Ramsey," who sang "One Fleeting Hour," and as a closing numlier the quartet sang "Nearer My God to Thee." The speakers, all "of whom paid glownig tribute to the life and character char-acter of their departed friend were B. S. Hinckley, Dr. Fred W. Taylor of this city and Blsliop Frank Rringhnrst of Springville. The benediction was offered by Patriarch A. D. Clark. Jntermetit was in the Provo city cemetery, where the dedicatory prayer was offered of-fered by President J. William Knight. |
