Poll to address banquet-program Wed., Jan. 30 Eleven young men of Springville, all leaders in I their various lines of endeavor, have been nominated as candidates for the annual DSA, it was announced 5 John C- Svvenson, Zone Mgr. t Frontier Beeline Refinery Co. a ' ; this week. The annual dinner-meeting at which the award will be made is scheduled for Wednesday, Wed-nesday, January 30, at 8 p.m., at Memorial Hall, to which the public is invited. Reservations should be made with Paul Willis, Wil-lis, DRA chairman; President John C. Swenson or Reservation Reserva-tion Chairman Wayne Blaneh-ard. Blaneh-ard. Louis Schardine is acting as chairman of the judges for the DSA; Jim Peay, chairman of nominations. Speaker Dr. Richard D- Poll of the BYU faculty, will be the guest speaker at the DSA j p "1 t f t A " XJ ..i i n Dr. Douglas Smoot, on BYU faculty. Dr. Richard D. Poll banquet. Presently University consultant to Central Intelligence Intelli-gence Agency, Dr. Poll is professor pro-fessor of history and ' political science at BYU. He is reported report-ed to be a forceful, interesting and well-informed .speaker. The program will also include in-clude remarks by visiting officials offi-cials including Mayor Paul Haymbnd. Presentation of Key-Man Key-Man keys will be presented as highlight of the evening. These awards go to the men in the club who have the most outstanding record of activity. It will be the 21st annual DSA event and is expected to attract much interest and speculation spec-ulation as to who the winner of this year's award will be.
