Three Junior College graduates grad-uates were also named as Honor Scholars. , Each year high school principals prin-cipals throughout the state are asked to nominate their most outstanding senror who is planning plan-ning to attend the University of Utah. The student is selected select-ed according to academic and personal qualifications including includ-ing grade point average in basic bas-ic subjects, leadership, personal person-al achievement, and service. Each is offered a tuition scholarship for his rreshman year and is presented with a certificate naming him or her as the honor scholar for the year. |
