El-mer as chairman of the 1962 Red Cross fund campaign in Springville was announced this week by Charles Sampson Utah County chairman and A. L. Thorpe, Springville Branch Chairman Utah County chap-ter of the American Red Cross. The annual drive for members and funds will be made during March with solitations to be-gin March 5. Mr. Elmer and his family moved to Springville six yearsi ago from Milford. During World War II he was shot down over Europe during a bombing raid.
