Show Hunters cautioned on laws as deer hunt cpsiis With Utah's general deer hunting- season opening Saturday, Satur-day, Oct. 21, the department of fish and game listed the following fol-lowing laws as among tne most important to observe during dur-ing this hunt. One deer of either sex may be taken on the regular big -ame or combination license over the entire State during this regular season. Deer must be tagged at the time of kill. The tag must remain re-main with the animal throughout through-out processing and until the meat is completely consumed. It is unlawful for any butcher, but-cher, locker plant or storage plant owner or employee to receive re-ceive any game animal for pro cessing or storage unless the animal is legally tagged. It is against the law for any hunter to carry in a vehicle any firearm which has live ammunition in the firing cham- ber. Any person carelessly or negligently wounding or kill-ino- another person while on a hunting- trip shall be subject to the loss of hunting license privileges for a period of five years.
