Springville girl to sing at U.ofU. festival Moani Johansen, a Spring-ville High School graduate of 1957, will be one of the sing-ers in this year's University of Utah Summer Festival produc-tions. Miss Johansen is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hans C. Jo-hansen, Sacramento, Calif. Af-ter her graduation from high school, she has been attending Brigham Young University. The Broadway musical pro-duction of this year's Summer Festival will be "Annie Get Your Gun," with music by Ir-ving Berlin. There will be per-formances nightly in the U. Marie Wentz, Douglas Turner set wedding plans for June 25 Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Wentz of Mapleton announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Marie, to Douglas G. Turner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen v Turner of Springville. The marriage will be an event of June 25 with a wedding reception following the ceremony. Both young people are graduates of the LDS Seminary and he graduated from the Springville High School this spring. Miss Wentz is presently enrolled at the Hollywood Beauty College in Provo. Mr. Turner was active in athletics in high school' hav-ing been a member of the Ski Club and also a member of the a cappella choir. The bride-to-b- e was a member of the Booster Club. The presentation to the winner will be made immediat-ely following the parade. The Art City Post won 5th place at the state convention held the past weekend in Salt Lake City. They received a certificate for the placement in their community service scrapbook.
