A devastating third quarter left the Devils limpless at 33-18 at the three-quarter mark but a rally late in the final quarter quar-ter saved the game from being be-ing a rout. Final tally 40-27. Devils 61, Lehl 54 Springville traveled to Lehi Saturday for a contest and came away with a nicely earned earn-ed 61-54 victory. Grant Pal-freyman Pal-freyman led the attack with 14 but 9 players scored for the Devils in a well-balanced scoring attack. Devils 55, Granger 53 Tuesday night, Buddy Gardner Gard-ner sparked the brilliant offense of-fense that was in high gear to match the excellent basket shooting of a taller Granger five. The Devils held a 19-12 first quarter lead and moved it up to 32-27 at halftime. Granger had a great third quarter and rested with a 43-42 43-42 lead. Simkins, Bird and Cherrington along with some timely steals by Palfreyman and Felix, spelled the difference differ-ence for the locals as they piled up a 7 point lead and held on to win by two points.
