Show Funeral rites Friday, SLC, for R.LIIaslam Funeral services " have been set Friday at noon, at 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, for Robert L. Haslam, 49, a resident of Springville for 14 years, who died of a heart attack at-tack at his home in Salt Lake Monday noon. Friends may call at the same address Thursday evening even-ing and Friday before the services. ser-vices. Burial will be in the Salt Lake City cemetery. The Haslam family made their home at Brookside while in Springville and made many friends. He was active in Jay-cee Jay-cee club work. A native of Salt Lake City, he spent his early life there. He had been employed as an engine man for the D&RG railroad. rail-road. Surviving are his wife, the former Leone (Lee) Russell, whom he married June 29, 1938 and two daughters and a son: Mrs. Gary T. (Patricia) Chamberlain, Cham-berlain, Regina and Robert Michael Mi-chael Haslam all of Salt Lake City; also a granddaughter; his mother of Salt Lake and three sisters. |
