All Phases of Trial to Be Handled by Same Judge. j I'esignd to effect dispatch, efficiency and economy In conduct of the business of tho Third district court, a comprehensive compre-hensive plan of procedure, constituting a radical departure from the custom-established custom-established order of things, has been determined de-termined upon by the six judges of the district for the year 1920. In announcing adoption of the plan, together to-gether with reasons for, and purpose of the action taken, Presiding Judge 1 C. Kvaris explained that it is modeled after that long in vogue in Cook county, Illinois, Illi-nois, and adopted more recently in the courts of other localities.
