The immediate immedi-ate need for potash rates from Utah and Wyoming points to the east and the south and the need for more coal cars to move the product of Carbon county coal mines was strongly Impressed on the railroad administration today by H. "V. Prickett of Salt yaki.'f manager of the traffic ser- ice bureau of Utah. Mr. Prickett conferred with Traffic Director ward Chambers, Public Service Ser-vice Director Maj.
