Show VOTE TJUUUTED li EMIR! Order of Qualification Is Unchanged From Unofficial Un-official Results. Official tabulation of the election returns re-turns of the primary city election of Tuesday, completed yesterday in the office of the city recorder, failed to result re-sult in any change in the order of qualification quali-fication of the various candidates from that published by The Tribune on the morning after the election. Commissioner Herman H. Green proved to be leader of the ticket, with K..A. Bock, candidate for mayor, a close second, sec-ond, the commissioner having a lead of 292 votes as a candidate for reelection re-election as commissioner over the leading lead-ing mayoraltj' candidate.
