Show RETURN OF WIRE TOLL DISCUSSED BY BOARD ! The question of whether telegraphic I tolls will automotically revert on August 1 to tile schedule prevailing be tore last April was discussed yesterday by I. G. Life, district superintendent of the West-; West-; ern Fnion Telegiaph company, with members mem-bers of the public utilities commission. Mr. Life holds that tiie I'O per cent advance ad-vance made when the government took control of the wires should remain In effect ef-fect until November 3 while Judge Joshua A. Greenwood, president of the commission, is of the opinion that the old rates will prevail when the wires are returned to private ownership tomorrow. It is expected that a difinite decision will be made today. |
