Sharp has already al-ready heard the testimony of Oscar W. Johnson, and of persons who were near the scene of Mrs. Smith's death. Johnson's testimony was to the effect that the heavy rain and the near-by street car prevented h is seeing Mrs. Smith until it wa; too.lat-P.
