Bonds Ordered Reduced. Following a hearing in habeas corpus proceedings, Judge Tillman D. Johnson in the federal court yesterday reduced the bonds of "Buddy" Ryan and A. C. Stone, charged with entering into a conspiracy to bring liquor from Evanston into Utah, from $4000 to $2000 each. Under the same proceedings the bond of Denny C. Larson, charged jointlv with Ryan and Stone, was reduced 'from $2000 to $1000. The bonds orlginallv were fixed by United States Commissioner H. V. Van Pelt. before whom the defendants were arraigned.
