Show UTA-HNS ARE GIVEN ARMY COMMISSIONS Special to The Tribune. WASHINGTON, Nov. 8. The following men today were commissioned 5n the army: Horace B. Whitney, 223 Fourth ; i venue, Salt Lake, second lieutenant, luartormaster corps: Clarence E. Milner, im Newhouse building, Salt Lake, first lieutenant, motor transport service; John A. Beck, Jr.. Salt Lake, first lieutenant, army air service: Malcolm McKinr.on, Sandpojnt, Idaho, and Charles R. Scott, Twin Falls, Idaho, captains, medical corps; Hugh H. Baker, Gooding, Idaho; first lieutenant, army air service, master mas-ter signal electrician; Hugh Barron, signal corps, has been commissioned second lieutenant lieu-tenant of that service, and ordered to the school for telephone electricians.
