Show EDUCATION OFFICIALS SEE FEDERAL MEMBER J. P. Monroe of Washington Washing-ton Addresses State School Men. J. P. Monroe, member of the federal board for vocational education, who is touring the west to learn something of the actual progress being made in the establishment 'bf industrial education under un-der the Smith-Hughes act, yesterday addressed ad-dressed a large number of state officials and men prominent n educational and civil walks of life at the state capltol. Mr. Monroe had high praise for the work that has already been done in Utah under the state board of education and the genera direction of Francis W.
