A survey of the real estate situation in tKis city, as - in nearly every other city of the country, will develop the fact that there is a marked shortage of desirable houses, both for sale and for rent. While there may be a large number num-ber of houses on the market, the number num-ber that are desirable, either by reason rea-son of -location or condition, is extremely extreme-ly small.
